The Waterloo Black Hawks care about more than standings and records. The entire organization puts emphasis, time and energy into the community. Players spend countless hours volunteering and the Front Office helps support local organizations by donating time, tickets, signed memorabilia, and more for local fundraisers.

If you have an upcoming event and would like to request a donation from the Black Hawks Organization, fill out the form below at least 14 days prior to your event. If you’d prefer to print the form and mail it in / drop it off to the Front Office.
